A single assessment now produces three versions of the read: one for the coach, one for the leader, and one the whole team can see. Each is written for who is in the room.

Questions now use a sliding scale instead of fixed choices. You place yourself on the line that matches what actually happens on your team. It takes a few minutes on a phone.

Any question you cannot answer with the scale now has a space to describe what really happens. Your words count toward the read.

A facilitator can now set up a team and send each person a private link. No accounts to create.
